By accessing and using skinRaffle ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at skinraffle.com and all related services, features, and content offered by skinRaffle.

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Platform shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use skinRaffle. By using our Platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• You have a valid Steam account in good standing
• You reside in a jurisdiction where online raffles are legal

To participate in raffles, you must create an account by linking your Steam account through Steam's OpenID authentication system.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Steam account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date trade URL information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4.1 Raffle Rules

• Each raffle has specific terms including ticket limits and end times
• Winners are selected using a provably fair random number generator
• You may purchase multiple tickets up to the specified limit
• Raffles cannot be canceled once they begin

4.2 Prize Delivery

• Winners will be notified via email and platform notification
• Prizes are delivered via Steam trade offers within 24 hours
• You must accept trade offers within 7 days or forfeit the prize
• We are not responsible for declined or expired trade offers

4.3 Fair Play

All raffles use cryptographically secure random number generation. The selection process is transparent and verifiable. We prohibit any attempts to manipulate or exploit the raffle system.

5.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees
• Payment must be completed before raffle participation

5.2 Refund Policy

Exceptions may be made only in cases of:

• Technical errors preventing raffle participation
• Fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation)
• Platform errors or system failures

You agree not to:

• Use multiple accounts to circumvent ticket limits
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the raffle system
• Use automated tools or bots
• Harass other users or staff members
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share or sell your account credentials

Violation of these conduct rules may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any pending prizes.

The skinRaffle platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by skinRaffle and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform

skinRaffle provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, skinRaffle shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from system downtime or technical issues
• Third-party actions or Steam platform issues

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for raffle tickets in the 30 days preceding the claim.
